How can I pay for my Stall?
You can pay by either Direct Deposit, cheque, Money Order or Cash.
I have to cancel my Stall – can I get a refund?
Sorry, Pitter Patter does not offer refunds. We can however transfer your booking to a friend or family member. You must inform us of the new stall holder if this occurs.
I have a Small Business from home making Hand-Made Items - Can I Book a Stall?
Please contact the Market Organiser to discuss your items for sale and the final decision will be at the descretion of the Market Organiser.
Can I just sell a large item?
No, you need to book a stall in order to sell large items. Maybe you could share with a friend and come up with enough goods for a stall.
Can I Pre-Book a Stall in Advance?
Yes you can book in advance - we advise that you make your booking as soon as possible, as stalls tend to book out quite quickly. Don't be disappointed and miss out - get in early!
The Market Date I was hoping for is already sold out - can I go on an availability waiting list?
Yes, we can keep you listed on a call up waiting list in case of any cancellations at the last minute.
I am a stall holder and would like to promote the market, can I have some flyers to hand out?
You sure can! Just email or phone us with your postal address and how many you would like and we will send some out for you.
Can I bring an extra table of my own?
No, you are not permitted to bring extra tables - just 1 clothes rack per table hired is the only additional display equipment permitted.
I’d like to book a stall but don't think I can fill it on my own - can I share it with a friend?
For sure! Just make sure you don't over crowd your table when it comes to the day.
I have booked a stall for pre-loved goods, can I sell some of my hand-made items as well?
You will nedd to discuss this with the Market Organisers and it will be at their descretion on whether it is allowed or not.
I have a few un-used/new items amongst my sale items - can I sell these?
Yes, there is no problem with a few items here and there.
